Habit 3 Clean as I go - becoming a habit!
Habit 2 Use positive reinforcement-noticed a huge difference in my children
Habit 1 Exercise for 30 minutes every day - working on it.

Good job on the healthy foods! And your other habits sound great too! I think the family and need to start heading down that road too, once I unpack the pots and pans of course, oh and the fruits and veggies ;-)
